Como o próprio nome indica, as azeitonas que deram origem ao União, proveem da região do Douro e Trás os Montes. A seleção e colheita do fruto foram rigorosamente seguidas e acompanhadas, para obtermos o padrão de qualidade estabelecido.
The extra virgin olive oil “União” is made up of this olives varieties Cobrançosa, Verdeal, Madura, Cordovil e Negrinha de Freixo. At the name shows, all these olives come from Douro and Trás os Montes region. We strictly follow the selection and the harvest of the first to get the established quality standard.

O transporte da Azeitona para o Lagar é diário e bem condicionado. A Feitura do Azeite é imediata e todo o processo é acompanhado por leitura laboratorial e prova sensorial de todas as entregas no Lagar. Apenas com o controlo exigente em todos os processos de obtenção do Azeite, podemos chegar a um produto de excelência.
The transport of the olives to the press is daily and well-conditioned. The making of the olive oil is immediately done, and all the process is followed by laboratory reading and sensory test, of all the deliveries coming to the press. Only with the demanding control in all processes to get olive oil, we can reach a product of excellence.

Frutado maduro. Doce e um picante ligeiro, com notas de frutos secos, nomeadamente amêndoa e noz. Folha de oliveira e banana verde. Um azeite fresco, aromático e com um fim de boca persistente.
Ripe fruit flavour sweet and light spicy with a slight flavor of dry fruits, like almond and wanut. Olive leaf and green banana. A fresh aromatic olive oil that persists in the mouth.
